"Relocations can be a stressful time for families.  So many decisions are made quickly with the goal of "getting settled" as soon as possible.  To avoid costly mistages, in advance of our move from Atlanta, each of our family members wrote up their criteria of what they were looking for in the new place we would call home.

It is the perfect size neighborhood - unlike the mega ones we had lived in before - yet had all the amenities on our list.  The kids now enjoy days of basketball in the driveway, I enjoy the ladies activities, especially the impromptu scrap booking nights, and my husband actually enjoys opening our tax and water bills!  The natural beauty and diversity of people in Park Creek makes it an ideal location for any family.  I knew we had made the right decision when I overheard a converstation between my son and a group of his friends and they said, "I really, really wish my parents had moved here instead of my heighborhood!' See, they didn't have a list when they moved, and if they had, they would have been living in Park Creek!"
